Building has commenced at our 160 Bassett Lane Hyannis main office to construct a 2nd building on the property. This construction will be ongoing through the remainder of 2025.
Delphi Construction has erected a safety fence around the entire construction area for the protection of our visitors and staff.
If you are planning to visit the Hyannis office for an appointment, please use the parking lot across the street at the Barnstable Recreation Center/ Hyannis Youth and Community Center. When you cross the street to 160 Bassett Lane (please use the crosswalk), there are signs placed with directions on where you should walk in order to gain entrance to the building. Signs will direct you to walk around the building towards the rotary, and enter the property on the Bearses Way side of the building.
