A Commitment to Ending Violence
Independence House is proud to partner with the Cape & Islands District Attorney’s Office, Barnstable County Sheriff’s Office, and Yarmouth Police Department for the White Ribbon Campaign.
This statewide initiative is a commitment to ending gender-based violence by engaging men and boys as leaders and allies. It calls on all of us to promote respect, challenge harmful attitudes, and hold one another accountable.
But this work doesn’t stop with a campaign. Real change starts with all of us. It lives in our everyday actions, our conversations, and how we show up for one another. Ending violence starts with each of us.
