CONFERENCE SCHEDULE

We encourage you to click the “Main Ballroom” button by 9:25  to get settled. The program will begin promptly at 9:30am.

9:15am Movement Room 1: You are invited to join the movement room to start your attendance in the conference. Amy Peters and Deirdre ‘deer’ Sullivan will present simple stretches and breathing exercises that will help to create a sense of balance, reduce stress and bring calm. There will be guided gentle movement and mindfulness for all bodies. Feel uplifted and energized. (note: Movement Room 2 will also be available from 1:15-1:30pm)
Meditation Room: Immerse yourself in this video loop of beautiful images and sounds from nature to help reduce stress, tiredness and low energy. The calmness and beauty of nature will help restore your sense of well-being, happiness and ease. (note: the Meditation Room will be available throughout the conference for anyone wishing to visit for moments of stress relief)
