Grounds Renovations to Hyannis Office Gifted by Cape Cod Businesses who Support Independence House

With much gratitude from clients and staff of Independence House

A collaboration of numerous Cape Cod Businesses helped to beautify the grounds of our Hyannis office with a full parking lot and irrigation system.

Christopher Lynch, President of Lawrence Lynch Corporation in Falmouth was a key leader in orchestrating the parking lot project with all of the engineering, drawings, gravel and paving supplies. 48 tons of washed stone was furnished by Dave Peterson from Cape Cod Aggregates Corporation in Barnstable; leaching catch basins were supplied by Mark Ricciardi of Wiggins Means Precast Co, Inc of Pocasset; castings provided by Bob Souza of Cape Cod Winwater Company in Hyannis; and Bob Bortolotti of Bortolotti Construction, Inc. of Marstons Mills supplying all the labor and equipment.

Ray Carlozzi orchestrated the irrigation system project with his team from Carlozzi Landscaping in Hyannis along with Jack Walder and crew of Mayflower Irrigation in S. Yarmouth, Kevin Medeiros Plumbing of Hyannis, Bortolotti Construction and Bartlett Tree Co. of Osterville.

The Board of Directors, Executive Director, Clients and Staff of Independence House, thanks each of you for this tremendous gift and hard work to help make our Hyannis office a more beautiful, functional and safe spot for our clients and staff.

Additional thanks to the Hyannis Youth and Community center for allowing Independence House clients, volunteers and staff to use your parking lot during the renovation and to each of our clients, volunteers and staff for your patience and excitement.

Thank You
