Agencies Join to Offer Support Group for Male Survivors of Domestic or Sexual Violence
Two important organizations offer group for survivors on Cape Cod
Hyannis/Harwich, MA, August 1, 2016 — Independence House, Inc. and the Violence Recovery Program (VRP) of Fenway Health are excited to announce their collaboration in a jointly facilitated “Male Survivor’s Support Group”. This group is for any persons identifying as men (straight, gay, trans), who is a survivor of domestic and/or sexual violence on Cape Cod.

Independence House, Inc. is Cape Cod’s leading resource, counseling and advocacy center to address and prevent domestic and sexual violence. The Violence Recovery Program (VRP) of Fenway Health provides free and confidential support for LGBTQ persons who have experienced domestic violence, sexual violence, hate crimes or police misconduct.
